The Open Space is just what the name entails. We give our clients the power to customize every aspect of their event. We'll make sure the special day you envisioned becomes a reality. We offer a wide variety of custom decor, designs, rental options and vendors. No matter what your preferences or special request might be, we’ll make it happen!

Pricing

 

a $250.00 deposit is required on all bookings .

** No refunds due to cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS** 

Please note the deposit is required to reserve your date. The venue will be inspected after event and if there are no damages $200 will be refunded.

Weekdays

Monday-Friday 10:00am- 6:00pm: call for pricing

Monday-Thursday 6:00pm- 10:00pm: call for pricing

 

Weekends

Friday 6:00pm -12:00am: $1550 for 4 hrs

Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm:  $1400 for 4 hrs

Saturday 6:00pm - 12:00am: $1550 for 4 hrs

Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm: $1250 for 4 hrs

We do allow for 1 hour set-up and 1 hour breakdown.

*** If additional time is required for set-up the charge is $150 per hour for each additional hour ***

ALL EVENTS MUST END BY 12:00 AM

 

Rental Requirements

A rental agreement must be completed along with the $250 deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. All balances are due two weeks prior to your scheduled event. 

Kitchen Use

A waiver must be signed for use of the kitchen, along with additional chargers for equipment usage.

Disclaimer

No outside bartender allowed. We do have licensed bartenders on staff.

A licensed caterer will need to sign a waiver.

Event Coordination

The Open Space offers an on-site event planner. The owner Sandra has been planning and executing events for over a decade.  She specializes in customizing a memorable experience for an occasion.
